Mayor Exchange

To use Mayor Exchange, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction
• Not be prohibited from using financial services under any applicable law
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements.

2.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to access Mayor Exchange services. You agree to provide truthful information and to keep your account details up to date.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must:

• Keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security (strongly recommended)
• Notify us immediately at support@mayorexchange.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

To comply with regulatory requirements, we may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and a selfie for identity confirmation. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend your account until verification is complete.

Mayor Exchange provides the following services through the App:

3.1 Cryptocurrency Trading

You may buy and sell supported cryptocurrencies (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and others) at the prices displayed in the App. Cryptocurrency prices are sourced from third-party market data providers and may fluctuate rapidly.

3.2 Gift Card Exchange

You may sell gift cards in exchange for fiat currency (NGN) or cryptocurrency (USDT) at the rates set by Mayor Exchange. All gift card transactions are subject to verification. We reserve the right to reject gift cards that are invalid, previously redeemed, or suspected of being obtained fraudulently.

3.3 Wallet & Withdrawals

Your Mayor Exchange wallet allows you to hold balances in supported currencies. You may withdraw funds to your linked bank account (in NGN) or to an external cryptocurrency wallet (in USDT). All withdrawal requests are subject to processing times and may require additional verification.

Mayor Exchange may charge fees for certain services, including but not limited to:

• Exchange rate spreads on cryptocurrency trades
• Gift card exchange rates (buy/sell rates are set by Mayor Exchange)
• Withdrawal processing fees

All applicable fees and rates will be clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction. By confirming a transaction, you agree to the fees shown at that time.

You agree not to use Mayor Exchange for:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity
• Submitting fraudulent, stolen, or counterfeit gift cards
• Creating multiple accounts or impersonating another person
• Attempting to manipulate prices or exploit system vulnerabilities
• Using automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the App
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent KYC/AML requirements
• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities without prior notice.

All confirmed transactions on Mayor Exchange are final and irreversible. Once a cryptocurrency purchase, sale, or gift card exchange has been confirmed, it cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded. Please review all transaction details carefully before confirming.

Withdrawal requests that have been processed and sent to your bank or crypto wallet cannot be reversed by Mayor Exchange.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• You fail to complete required KYC verification
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory order
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period

You may voluntarily delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your access will be revoked immediately. Certain data may be retained as required by law (see our Privacy Policy).

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Mayor Exchange is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind
• We are not responsible for any losses arising from cryptocurrency price fluctuations
• We are not liable for delays in processing due to bank processing times, network congestion, or other factors beyond our control
• We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have in your Mayor Exchange wallet at the time of the claim

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software within the Mayor Exchange App are the property of Mayor Exchange and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without our prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the App. Your continued use of Mayor Exchange after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
